Every match after min 10 bugsplat appears

Patch version: 5.19
Server: LAS
Screen mode: Bordless and full scren ( i tryed all )
Scripts used: D3ftlandAIO | Thresh/////D3ftlandAIO | Kalista
Your champion: Kalista, Blitz, Thresh.
Screenshot: Later ill take one, is the typical bugsplat
When does crash happen: In game

I tryed updating drivers, updating windows, Directx... i hope someone here can help me... soo thanks ! (: gl

Hey ppl i tryed without de GoS injected and the game crash again... im so sorry, is not a problem of GoS is a problem of the client i guess... so thanks for the help, and sorr. (:
