• Information about me.
I am a Diamond player in the LAN Server, I have x2 Accounts In Platinum V.
and 1 account in gold-platinum.
I practice all roles and play them pretty well; At least that's what I like to think.
I've had roughly around 2000 Vayne games in ranked Diamond
Before choosing Vayne in ranked I recommended you practice her in customs and normal games.
The reason I suggest this is because Vayne herself is a rather complex marksman to master "Hence why gosu is so popular"
She has an incredible kit that allows her to be able to kite, farm, secure, burst, poke, duel and even assassinate the enemy team. The reason she is so viable is because she isn't one of the easiest marksman champions to learn and/or master.
• WHO IS VAYNE?
Vayne is a highly mobile Marksman/Assassin which excels in the current tank meta. She's best to be played ADC, but you can do really well against any assassin in the midlane with this assembly and you can also bully pretty much any toplaner (remember to take exhaust against Riven). Her late game is the strongest of all but her early isn't bad either. For example, at level 1 you're just as strong as a Caitlyn or Corki. Remember, you have scripts and they have skillshots :^ )
• HOW DO I PLAY VAYNE?
In most cases you want to start the game with Q and push for level 2 (use Q to burst down melees and only last hit the casters to not push it to their turret, otherwise you won't be able to use your level advantage), get W and try to proc W on their adc. If you can't, go for the support, it's just as good. Go really aggressive every time you get a level advantage. Don't worry about it otherwise, the assembly will try to outrade the enemy by AA Q AA every time they try to last hit a minion.
If the enemy got the level 2 first, try to push as fast as possible. It's best to always try to get 3 hits to proc your W for HUGE damage when trading, but if you can't, AA Q AA is fine too.
Try not to tank a minion wave when trading or going all in, Vayne's still squish as ****, and if you go all in into a big ****ing wave of creeps, while you still could win with your ulti, you're gonna take way more damage than it was ever needed, and you'll probably be forced to back if you're not gonna get killed by the support, jungler or a roaming midlaner (always remind your support about your lack of vision, pls) You always want to keep track of enemy's exhaust (if any) currently you can use Tracker but I'll add it to the HUD soon. And you also want to always have your support around during the laning phase. Don't try to go next to a bush with leona in it alone just to cs. Wait for your support. (Unless they're behind, have no exhaust and you arleady completed your botrk and tier 1 boots.)
If you're ahead, zone your enemies from cs and freeze the lane (press C).
You can still lose some matchups, but most of the times you're going to win if you play it right.
Teamfights:
Vayne is a single target assasin that relies on her W damage. In teamfights, this single bit of information is a godsend. All you have to do is burst down their team 1v1 while staying safe. Sure you want to get their backline if you catch them in a bad position, but else you don't want to go through the irelia or maokai to get them, they'll just cc you and their team will hit you with everything. Be patient for your team to engage down on them and just press spacebar staying near the closest target you can get. Remember, you are not alone!
You have a CC counter in your HUD, when that one's low, you're allowed to go ham and make gosu plays. Up until then play it safe and pickup the kills.
Splitpush:
Splitpushing is great, go for it, but make sure to watch the minimap and tell your team to act as 5 but never fight.
1V1s:
You'll win 1v1s against any champion in the game with your ult. You get bonus swag points if you position yourself in order to condemn.
Laning phase: This one is a must, Simply farm to level 6 as you have a massive power spike in dueling potential.
Fighting before 6 should be avoided unless the enemy makes a massive mistake.
• BUILD
So what you have to know is that you have no real AD scaling, but the faster you attack => the faster you apply your w damage so get yourself a botrk and some AS and you're ready to pwn.
• RUNES
• Masteries + SKILL ORDER
All masteries are mainly situational so take what you feel is best.
Highly situational and highly dependent on playstyle. Some people go Q way for the level 6 all in (deffinitely go for Q if you're against kalista since you will negate all her damage) Other people max W first which gives a really significant burst that can't be ignored. Once again situational, However
For duels max Q / For burst max W
Always start Q-E-W (If vsing someone such a Leona) The level 2 condemn let's you stop her from gap closing.

Quick Tip: Trinket? What Trinket should you get? I normally build a Scrying Orb so my team doesn't have to always face check objectives. However if your team is pleb based and Rengar is giving you trouble simple build and upgrade sweepers.
Quick Tip 2: Vayne can tumble through a wall without scripts or config. "Tutorial found below"
Quick Tip 3: Also Vayne can (E) Condemn then flash to position the condemn like a Lee-sin kick.
