The Only Solution is :
-if you want your FPS then Play In FullScreen Mode and don't even try to Alt-Tab/Alt-Esc
-else play in Bordeless Mode and you can alt-tab whenever you want but you will have less fps.

Okay so that fixed it but my fps drops when i use it.

Disable drawings
OR....
buy a new pc

Drawings= circles and lines.
Shift>Vayne(example)>Drawings/circles/lines etc> and disable.

The game doesn't work when i try fullscreen :c
