Is it the lower the number the better the hit chance? I mean it is at 20 now.

With regards to this, I've just pushed an update for OpenPredict which fixes the minion collision so hopefully this will help :)

Is it the lower the number the better the hit chance? I mean it is at 20 now.

As it is a HitChance, a lower number will make it more likley that the script actually shoots at the target. If you want better accuracy just increase the value. If you want more spam, decrease it. 

Try to juggle a bit with the numbers and you'll see what you feel best with :)

not realy sure how open predict works someone can help? it gives this error and it does nothing but basic attacks!

It should try to calculate W dmg for ks/draw
