Q sometimes dont shot, Also if you have the enemy adc with 2% hp he will just focus the supp with 100% hp coz he is closer to me...

thats is a target selector thing, u can change it at inspired menu

It's seeking for a target in range and there is only 1 to choose from.
Maybe in the future, there will be a mechanic to prevent that
