Try turning off your AV/Firewall and using VPN

Well the GOS does not catching in my league of legends
I have done everything reinstalled and nothing his catch.

Make sure you've set screen mode to borderless

I have the same error. and if you watch the video you'll see. already screen mode to borderless. also her run as admin.
