I hope you’re doing well. I believe I purchased a monthly subscription the day before this situation happened, if I’m not mistaken. I saw that @Aristo mentioned that by providing more details, our subscription would be updated, so I wanted to ask how we should proceed from here.
I can provide a screenshot of the payment from the payment method I used, along with any other information needed to help verify my purchase.
I also wanted to mention that I changed my username because I was no longer interested in using my previous one.
Before this issue happened, my username was Kalfu.
On another note, I’m genuinely happy to see the site coming back stronger, with a more modern design and a renewed energy behind the project. It’s great to see the work, evolution, and effort being put into the platform, especially knowing that development is continuing in an even more solid and professional direction.
