I've always wanted to learn how to write a scipt. I know that I need to learn lua but after that what are the next steps? How do I add it to my GoS loader?

"Introductions" is not the place for these questions, friend. It's where you introduce yourself. x] In the future, please be sure to create a thread in the subforum where it belongs.
You should probably learn how the loader works before you start writing scripts. Click here to get to the troubleshooting guide for that.
To answer your question, write a script, stick it in your C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\GamingOnSteroids\LOL\Scripts folder and refresh your scripts list for it to pop up on there.
This thread can help you get started with some scripting basics and you can browse the developer's talk subforum for some more info.
