Couldn't ignore the fact that "Top" is much bigger than the rest of the roles in your main post

Kog'Maw works not steal kill . I disable the ult combo and active steal kill , but it still uses the ultimate .

Maybe a ward dash with lee can be good, if u don't do an insec combo ^^ or both xD
One time i tryed a script where you only had to select an enemy and press one key, and this blind lee, was going go dash ward => Q => Flash => Ult.
