Recently, I found out a way to avoid being checked by garenaVN for user playing through garena.
It wasn't comfirmed yet but worth trying.
 

1. Close garena as well as League of Legend.
2. Run Notepad as admin

3. Open file name Host in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

4. add this in host file:

255.255.255.255 banners.garena.vn
255.255.255.255 imcheck.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 salecheckvn.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 vnimnews.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 avatar.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 statscollection.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 msg.im.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 updateres.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 cdn.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 lmht.vn

255.255.255.255 hgsplaylist.1.vn.garenanow.com
255.255.255.255 lolvncheck.garenanow.com

5. Ctrl + S to save.

It hadn't been comfirmed yet, adding those to host file will likely to prevent garena connecting to their server.

Yes, thanks for your help. But I can confirm it doesn't work. My account is not still locked yet. And I use "file host" method as you give. It really works when I can not connect to the web of LoL. But after a few of days, my account is still locked. So, that 's my case at all.
