Sorry I've been on holiday for many months now and haven't played league since ryze rework.

 

What is the state of GOS?

Is this cass script nearly on par with L # ? (I don't expect it to because GOS is still in its early days)

 

And what is the state of last hitting? I understand that last hitting via AA was available last time I tried GOS however it did miss quite the few cs..

IAC orbwalker have a nice lasthit now, it's not perfect but still calculater minion AA etc..
