He is a scammer.. I bought 100 accounts for 20€ --> he gave me 110 accounts (3 active verified lvl 30 [best had 39 champs, thats high HQ i guess ], 17x under lvl 30 semi-active, 50x lvl 1 account not even games played on and 40 didn't work at all)

He ensured me to refund my 20€ but didn't reply in Skype while he was active here.
