API seems broken for GetSpellData.cd, at least for Syndra R (not currentCd)

It has the correct value right after R cast, but then its always 0

Fere come on dude. To use EXT people pay. A lot of arent using it because there isnt a guide for dummies lol. There is a guide but a lot of people dont udnerstand it.

Ive got to plat 3 atm with ext and im a silver pleb, so the scripts are good. Pls fix the api so the devs can keep working on amazings scripts.
