I downloaded the ext xerath script and wanted to know if it's possible to hit every skill shot? I press space and it does my combo but very close. Is it possible to hold q and have it auto aim ?

Probably possible if you write it that way. I don't see the point. If you can't land a Xerath Q naturally then you probably shouldn't be scripting in the first place.
Get good at the game first! Trust me, it makes scripting a lot more fun.
