How to get back external?

I purchased VIP to use external a week ago. 

 

Yesterday I saw many people complain about them not wanting the subscription monthly and didnt know how to cancel it , and after being guided I decided ill take a break from league after the subscription is done, so to not forget I cancelled the next payment yesterday.

 

The subscription "expires" on 21st March but I already lost access to external and VIP features, any idea how to get them back?
