I don't know your language but here is the solution:

Like this type of problems deleting all c++ stuff and re-install c++ 2013 x64 and x86, c++ 2015 x64 and x86 is the simple and fast solution method.
Simply just delete your all c++(Of course all of them.) And just re-install c++ 2013 x64 and x86, c++ 2015 x64 and x86 then restart your pc.
Lastly open gos loader and notepad++ as admin and inject gos loader into notepad++ and go to a custom game, it shoul be fine.
