Hey,
I get at this message late, but since it was very simple I made it for you in case you or someone still need it:
You'll need dmglib also:
It basically executes the R of Garen if the damage of the spell is bigger than or equal to the life of the enemy.

Dude just use ty14s garen. it has everything and uses R to execute
