I want a best script to autoplay without i need play and make lot of kill any champion but garen if possible thank !!

Autoplay, huh?

So what would autoplay require?

Currently, you can do everything by alternating between pressing the different mode keys(combo, harrass, lasthit, lane clear), and using mouse for movement.

The first problem would be automatically choosing which mode you'd need to use, since that's based around decision making and what you want to do. I think that this could technically be possible to do passably, but for it to be superior to human decisionmaking it would require a very complicated priority list and some very serious game understanding, along with specific scripts for every matchup and game situation. However, supports don't have this issue, since supports practically never need to wave clear, and practically never need to lasthit or manage waves. This makes autoplay make most sense for a support, since it bypasses this issue.

The second problem would be movement. You'd need to be able to adapt where to go based on enemy and ally locations and would need to create some sort of a formula around that. For support, this would again be easiest because supports can roam around quite freely, especially after the early laning phase. Also, supports generally don't have to worry about getting farm and exp, and can instead concentrate on being near as many allies as possible. It could be possible creating enemy tracking logic and range tethering, especially for the type of supports who'd mostly want to just stay back, such as Enchanters.

Of course, Yuumi makes most sense since Yuumi fixes issues 1 and 2 on her own, as she doesn't need to change modes and she mostly doesn't need to even move. You could have an attach logic based around the champions' current strength, for example, and situational movement scripts depending on what's happening. Other than Yuumi, it'd probably need to be some ranged enchanter who can just spam brainlessly at a range with some tether logic. Sona comes to mind as the second-best one after Yuumi with pretty easy possible logic, and Soraka as well. Seraphine also could probably space and spam pretty passably. But it still might be too much trouble for everyone except Yuumi, since it's not like it's difficult to move around while holding Spacebar on a Seraphine anyway, and the script would have to be really good and created by someone with pristine game understanding.
