There was an error after the latest patch but its been fixed already, just restart your loader to get the update and enjoy scripting as usual.

I had a play around with it in bots, It didn't E at all, although the combo menu has E1.

Yeah I had messed around with some e1 logic to try setting up ult, but I removed it as it is much better done manually, using e manually with r key is easy. I didn't know it would get posted so I didn't clean stuff up.
