target selector is when you want to only focus an especific champion. its your choice if you want it or not. Go to ggorbwalker settings in-game and change the priority to ''target selected''

Default GGorbwalker settings are the best for me, experience of years.

I know you said cs tool is in orbwalk. I saw it under drawing and turned on. I don't see anything. Do you? Can you turn your cs help drawing on?
