Hello, it's because the exe was corrupted by an antivirus. What antivirus you got?

I dont have any anti vrus on

It work perfectly before the update

I disable everthing firewall / virus inclouding use DefederControl

There is no reason to blame the latest update, it doesn't include anything that would lead to such an error. 

 

You should re-activate the Windows defender, removing it using 3rd party softwares lead further bugs, I can't tell if that's the case here but you should do that, and just allow loader on it, or simply disable its protection feature instead of removing it completely.
