The script automatically manages and activates various categories of items:

#### Support Items

#### Fighter Items

- **Tiamat (3077)**: Auto-activation for waveclear and combo enhancement

- **Profane Hydra (6698)**: Advanced Hydra variant with smart targeting

- **Ravenous Hydra (3074)**: Lifesteal Hydra for sustain

- **Titanic Hydra (3748)**: Tank Hydra for enhanced durability

- **Stridebreaker (6631)**: Gap closer and slow activation

- **Youmuu's Ghostblade (3142)**: Movement speed boost

- **Hextech Rocketbelt (3152)**: Dash and damage item

#### Defensive Items

- **Stopwatch (2420)**: Emergency stasis activation

- **Zhonya's Hourglass (3157)**: Advanced stasis with smart timing

- **Randuin's Omen (3143)**: AoE slow when surrounded by enemies

#### CC Cleanse Items

### ⚡ Summoner Spells Activator

Intelligent summoner spell management with configurable conditions:

- **Heal**: Auto-cast when you or nearby allies are low on HP

- **Barrier**: Shield activation when under threat

- **Cleanse**: CC removal with comprehensive type detection

- **Ghost**: Movement speed boost during combat or escaping

- **Exhaust**: Auto-target highest damage dealer when threatened
