when i click the any scripts download links, there are not any download button there are just scripts.
How can i download?

There is no Install button, you have to download and enable them by yourself. Everything is in this guide

Yes, there is no download button. You need to put some effort if you want to use it.

Just choose the champion and right , " save link as" . Does not have any difficulty . 
But it is not English .
