very cool update, good job

edit: It would be very interesting if the launcher read the database MySQL GosDB to add new scripts on the launcher

but it's your choice to change your "text editor" this is not a GoS thing lol, it's a windows option..

Hi Deftsu,

Yeah you right, it`s based on windows defined application to open.

I tought it only works if you click direct in the file, not by application command.

I just tried:

Call ShellExecute(0, "open", "C:\test\test.lua", "", _
"C:\test", SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED)

and it openned in sublime without problem.

Hi Fere,

Ignore my comment.

I am not very sure about the security in this. It is possible, maybe with a separate user who can only read the db.

Fere will have to decide.

I know i haven't been online those days, but there was a reason behind this. I've been working on escaping the ALPHA stage of GoS.

Also i am aware of the patch 5.20 which comes tomorrow, and i will have to put on pause this work, but here it goes:

This includes the new Loader, which supports custom scripts.

Here is how it looks for now:

7mYhlwR.gif

What's left would be:

-When a specific script is selected
1) Button to "edit script" - open it with with notepad

2) Button to "update script" - re-download script if a link is available

3) Button to "add update link" to scripts which haven't got any update source (due to probably dumped manually in the Scripts folder)

In the Loader itself, add button shortcut, opening the %appdata% folder with LOL scripts for you.

Add sync, between the Loader scripts and the In-Game module.

I am pretty sure i am missing something, but we will manage as the time goes!

Edit:

Forgot the most important feature. Add 1-click-install button from the forums thread or the GoSDB site (like in L$).

DOWNLOAD ???
