Can somebody help me? my SmoothEvade is activated on the menu, but on my screen it keeps saying "Evade Disabled". i dont know what to do(8)

press keyboard "N" to active Enable on/off

Im just wondering is this supposed to drop my FPS by about 70 cause I get about 103 fps and it turned to 23 after I put the script on
