Twisted Fate W harass range

Twisted Fate Cards

Best Answer Akama , 13 July 2015 - 09:08

Twisted Fate's W is an enhanced auto attack, and his AA range really is 525. Due to League's bugged animations, it may seem like the range is bigger because once the cast has started, TF will finish the auto attack even if his target moves away. This happens with every single champion, melee or not - once the auto attack animation has started, even if the target moves/flashes away, the auto attack will hit.

Since TF's W casts a slightly different animation (which is also slightly delayed), it may seem that his W has a bigger range than his auto attack does. That's not the case, and the target still has to be inside that 525 range for the cast to actually start.

As for pretty much anything else that does not work as intended, it is best to use his W manually, specially given that it is a very situational skill that has a lot of uses.
