Tested With : Thresh Q, Lux Q , Morgana Q , Ezreal R and Q ... Its Dodging Like About 5-10% of the time

Yeah, same here. I tried a custiom game against with Morgana, Blitz, Karthus, Brand, and udry. And I am using tristana from Lazy's AiO

It sometimes dodges skills of Karthus, Morgana and Brand, and sometimes fial to dodge their skill shots. The rate of successfully dodge a skill shot is about 30%, which is super low . And Never successfully dodge Blitz's Q in the whole game, not even a single one. ( I watched the replay) 

 

For my setting: I disable using trist's W, zhongya, and flash to dodge skills becuase they are sometimes randomly used while there's no one their or even no need to use and cause me to miss kills

Nope, I didnt turn it off.  I had it on instead.

The position to dodge spells should be on screen so evade can use right click. That's the reason sometimes it not dodge anything

For thresh's Q, gos core detects it with wrong direction, so I just disable it

I think xerath's q has some problems. my evade is not dodging it.
