That's super odd considering the image is just an imgur link. Either way I uploaded the sprite to the github as well as pushed an update to both to pull the image from the new github location. It works in my tests, but was never broke in my tests. Please test and report back to me.

Yeah the script is a standalone plugin for GGOrb/Noddy's Orb in a sense and doesn't support auto updates. I'm currently working on updating/rehauling an AIO and an improved version of Udyr, and new version of Zed will be included. Until then this should be up to date and working.
