why when i use combo sometimes cancel autoattacks? like when press aa and s at same time

Error: IOW Orbwalker doesn't load or throws errors.
Solution: Install this script and tick it in your loader. (installer)

any help welcome plz. menu not even loading 
(f7 menu does work)
tried updating gos, reinstalling gos, iprediction and vayne script. was working fine a couple days ago.
or maybe did some big update went on with gos that i missed? maybe theres something i have to do to gos? becaus emany scripts are not working for me and they were working fine some time ago.

somehow their is always heaps of cancelled auto attacks, even without auto dodge spells enabled.
