it will always R even if Q misses. If you dont like that there's a basic combo where it waits for Q to land.

I have activated the "Wait for Debuff" slider =) before i started that question.
Sometimes it dont wait.

 That is GoS everyone's experiencing it. I sit at a stable 60 with vSync. Also make sure to alter your performance settings.

What settings are you running at? I think my rig should be fine, I am doing everything on high and shadows disabled

That is Lol fps. Since GoS does not inject into league it should not be affected at all. If you are refering to GoS fps then just revert GoS performance settings to default.

Some settings if you lower, like champ recache and whatever the other 2 are that usually sit at like 30k, if you lower those you will experience annoying draw stutters :/ took me a while to figure it out

Saga, i don't know if anyone already said but in both combo Talon use ult. I don't have any R tick in menu and still using in combo (disable in KS too, but still uses);

Both talon legit combo and talon ult first use ult turn them off and just use q and w if you dont want talon to ever ult.

Thats the purpose of "Combo" if you want a q w machine turn everything off but those two

My bad dude, after the game that always ulted it stopped ulting, prob something was crashed in that game... About karthus, can you check if turning Q on Last Hit is working? 2 games already and keep last hitting with Q even with it turnned off.
