Good to hear you've found a way. Since it's a kernel level anticheat it gets complicated sometimes. So removing updates/installing a fresh windows do help in these cases. I recommend everyone to try these methods. If you need help with removing updates or doing a fresh windows installation tag my message here, I will help!

Download & Install the required Microsoft stuff: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/ and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 (Install all of the c++ versions!) Go to a Custom game and set your binds like this: https://i.imgur.com/r7Vu07g.png (Q,W,E,R. All on Quick Cast and under the Player attack menu, "Player Attack only key must be U")) Change your screen mode to BORDERLESS, it will not work as Fullscreen.
